This NYC-inspired engagement session brought a touch of East Coast charm to the heart of Downtown San Diego. We decided to start their session right on the edge of downtown near Seaport Village. The urban setting, paired with the orange and red colored trees made for a perfect “winter in New York” kind of vibe. 

As we got closer to sunset, Kayleigh and Brady did an outfit change and then we decided to head over to the Embarcadero. Catching the golden light on the water, really felt like getting to have the best of both worlds in their engagement session! 

Also, I have to mention how perfect their outfit choices were. They seriously nailed it with finding outfits that emphasized the winter-in-the-city vision that we were going for. I always recommend choosing outfits that not only complement each other but also reflect the season (and of course are comfortable!). Clothing can really bring your photos to life and make the whole gallery feel more cohesive!
