There is something really, really special about getting married in a mountaintop backyard wedding. This was such a gorgeous day from the very beginning to the end, and I was so honored to capture it.
Luciee and Jakey are actually our really close friends, so this was an extra special day for me. We started off the day with getting ready photos, and we captured these at Luciee’s aunt’s home. Luciee looked so incredible!! She wore this tulle wedding dress with a gorgeous deep v-neck, and her hair and makeup were natural glam vibes. She looked amazing, as you can see! And then, after the getting-ready moments, the couple and their wedding party headed over to Flynn Springs Park for bridal party photos, as well as the first look wedding photos (scroll to check them out. Seriously the sweetest!)
After having only their immediate family at the ceremony, the church reception (held at their home church) was open to their bigger group of family and friends. It was SO much fun. The couple danced the night away, with their first dance song being “can’t help falling in love,” which is always a good choice in my book.
