I’m so thankful for Marissa and Tim and their willingness to help me bring this Toy Story 4 idea to life. After I saw the movie at the Santee Drive In Theatre I knew the perfect people and place to bring the animated film to life. From the beginning of the Toy Story series, Little Bo Peep and Woody have had this flirtatious relationship and at the end of the 4th film they finally get to be together! I said to Joe during the movie, “Is it weird that I want two animated characters to kiss?”. They’re so opposite but so cute together! He’s the confident and in charge sheriff and she’s the sweet and soft spoken sheep herder. Anyways I found the 4th and final movie to be adorable and kinda creepy at some points( the ventriloquist dolls freaked me out) and I am so glad I got to bring a little piece of it to life in downtown Lakeside. The preschool and cowboy mural were just the perfect setting!
